4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full
  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and complete information about your dog
  • Your dog is vaccinated and in good health
  • You will follow training guidance provided during sessions
  • You are responsible for handling and controlling your dog at all times

6. Behaviour and Safety Disclaimer

While we take every precaution:

  • Dog behaviour can be unpredictable
  • FurBuddies cannot guarantee specific outcomes
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your dog

You participate in training at your own risk.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

  • FurBuddies shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
